TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITIONS
An employees work on payroll, typically for approximately 3 months 540 hours, after which the worker can be hired free of charge.
(Shorter and longer terms available.) This period can be looked at as a probation period, which gives our clients the time to decide whether or not to hire the worker.

DIRECT HIRE
We search for candidates that meet our client's requirements, screen them and send them to clients for an interview.
When the client has chosen who they want, we hand them over to the client at a set fee for their employment.

OUR MISSION

We throughly screen each applicant to ensure all expectations and requirements of the client are met. This entails a lengthy one-on-one interview, pre-screening reference checks, and completion of our written tests, which involves mathematical and analytical questions to verify knowledge of the industry. Certified Material Handlers/ Forklift Operators are tested for their knowledge of W.H.M.I.S and/or T.D.G. should the environment in which they will be working manufactured or distribute hazardous goods.
